Vegetarian Restaurant - Rome

Last week in Roma I tracked down a positively well reviewed vegetarian restaurant called Il Margutta. I was so excited and I wasn't let down. Il Margutta has been a vegetarian restaurant since 1979 and stricly abides by the philosophy of vegetarian cuisine which is based on both love towards ourselves and all other living things.
The restaurant was classy, arty and colourful and service was top class. The menu was huge and had an entirely separate Vegan section. The food was creative and immaculately presented.
Even though il Margutta isn't suited for a quick budget meal, its definately worth a visit if you fancy treating yourself to a luxury vegetarian dining experience.
